Refunds & Returns
Return window
You may return items within 5 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Eligibility
- Items should be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to evaluate the goods.
- Non-returnable unless defective: gift cards, downloadable or perishable items, and items marked final sale.

Return shipping & fees
- If we made a mistake (wrong/defective on arrival), we cover return shipping or offer a free replacement.
- Change-of-mind returns: you pay return shipping. Outbound shipping isn’t refunded unless required by law.
- EU buyers: for distance sales we refund the item price and any standard outbound delivery cost paid (if any). You may be responsible for return postage.
Exchanges & exceptions
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order, or a direct swap when practical. Parcels returned due to an invalid address or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped at cost or refunded minus shipping.
Limited Warranty
